I’m an industrial digital transformation passionate, driving the adoption of new technologies to achieve customer’s goals. I believe successful transitions are built by small but solid steps laying the foundation for major changes to stick and make a positive impact in the long run. I’ve been successful at introducing disruptive technologies applied to industrial process control and automation systems, from sensors, control systems, safety systems and control valves and most recently the IIoT. Having a 360o perspective in the technical and commercial aspects allows me to assemble launching strategies for new products and technologies requiring the alignment of expertise and problem-solving skills. I became a Subject Matter Expert on control valve diagnostics by understanding not only the valve structure but its behavior and impact in the process. This approach applies to other devices and components of control or safety systems as well. Data analysis for diagnostics using remote services cloud-based became part of my expertise including, installation, configuration, commissioning, and report generation, my background enables me to perform several roles required to successfully bring new products and technologies off the ground, activity that I enjoy and keeps me excited. Ambiguity, although frightening for some, is an opportunity to apply your skills and have fun in the journey. Digital transformation enthusiast, leading efforts to accelerate the adoption of new technologies enabling remote diagnostics and advanced predictive diagnostics algorithms and required infrastructure. Leading the transformation of “traditional best practices” to “advanced new best practices” in a digital industrial environment, aligning expertise and digital tools as pillars for predictive diagnostics.Closing the gap between retiring workforce and new generation versed in digital tools but with no time to build expertise, will be key for all industry segments to keep the lights on.
