In my current role, I am responsible for the deployment of voice solutions throughout RBC sites globally. I am prime on Oracle SBCs and SIP trunking, and liaise with other groups to ensure the voice network is stable and available to users. We will secure network services, and built out the infrastructure in various RBC data centres. Key components include trunk sizing, redundancy, and diversity, working with various carriers to achieve a completely fault tolerant installation. The projects I work on include migrating equipment to new data centres, as well as seamless equipment hardware and software upgrades. I work closely with our partners to evaluate and deploy leading edge technologies.
