ABOUT RICHARD HALL

A Strategic Pursuit Lead working in Growth and Sales Europe at Jacobs. I work across all sectors of the business and am lucky enough to work on the largest bids we have across the UK and Europe business. My role allows me to draw upon my wealth of experience and networking across the Jacobs business and Industry since 2007, to leverage our company\'s expertise and bring solutions to our key clients. Prior to working in the sales team, I have had a varied career in Jacobs. I have worked in a Solution Development lead role within Digital and prior to that on the development and sale of the Jacobs owned product TrackRecord; in addition to various environmental consultancy roles where I have lead auditor qualifications. My service at Jacobs has included a number of company acquisitions - I am experienced in change management! I first joined Alfred McAlpine and was then acquired through Enviros, Carillion and SKM prior to joining Jacobs. Educated in Environmental Management at University, I have a keen interest in Environmental and Social governance. Being with a company like Jacobs means in addition to doing my challenging and rewarding role, I am also able to positively impact on my passion for a Net Zero world. Recently I have led on the implementation of a Climate Focused pension fund at Jacobs that is now available to all UK pension fund members. My previous role outside of Jacobs was in rail with Siemens Transportation Systems, where I managed the company\'s Environmental Management System across a number of train depots across the UK.
