Strategic lead and line management of the Fraud Investigation Team to tackle Retail, Logists/Distribution, Online, ORC, Brand Protection and Internal Dishonesty issues on a global level, focusing on people development and progressing to a world class prevention, deterrent and detection strategy. Leading the online fraud operation to reduce chargebacks by 90% at the same time increasing sales by minimising rejected transactions and bank declines. Developing and implementing the Loss Prevention Technology strategy for >500 stores and DC across UK and Eire. Leading the Inventory team, to deliver a very commercially focused stocktake program, with rapid internal production and analysis of results and management information to support financial measurement, stock loss reaction, and stock file accuracy. Identifying, selling and implementing various profit opportunities which have resulted in significant cost reduction/sales improvement. Previously led the International PP operation across Poland, France, Belgium and Holland.
