I specialise in employee engagement, building positive cultures and supporting organisations with pragmatic advice on their people issues. My advice enables businesses to grow in a way that attracts and retains talent aligned with their values and purpose. My work varies from employee engagement consulting assignments, coaching HR professionals to fulfilling the role of “Interim HR/People Director\" with several smaller companies on a part-time retained basis. 2022 has seen me increasingly involved in projects managing the challenges of hybrid working. I have delivered HR, employee engagement and employer branding projects for clients including Active Nation, Kyero, EMO Unlimited, True Digital, OVO Energy, Factory Media, Gradwell Communications, Sovereign Housing, uSwitch and the Forward Internet Group - helping the latter earn recognition as a Sunday Times \"Top 100 Best Companies to work for\" three years running. I also present at UK and international conferences on the topics of employee engagement, culture and employer branding, drawing on my experiences at Virgin Mobile and other organisations including my recent role at Pure Planet.
