ABOUT RICHARD PINNEY

I am part of our Landed Estates team in Knights. Landed Estates deal with every aspect of a client\'s interests that tend to be loosely connected to rural property or businesses. This can range from sporting rights, and woodlands through to farm management issues, succession and tax plans or realising development land. I specialise in farm tenancies, mortgages, and conveyances of country estates. The really fun part of the job it meeting clients, helping with their property issues and progressing matters for them and their families. I help clients with racing and other equestrian businesses and even deal with health and safety issues on farms and at public events. I am looking to recruit paralegals and newly qualified solicitors to deal with land transactions, farm business structures, inheritance, finance and tenancies issues throughout the south west and midlands regions. I am a member of the Agricultural Law Association, The Country Landowners Association Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust and Countryside Alliance. I commentate at country shows or deliver topical presentations. Audiences have included the Royal Agricultural University at Cirencester, the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
