I deal with all manner of freehold and leasehold transactions to include sales, purchases, remortgages, defective titles, sales of part, transfers of equity, lease surrenders, leases, new builds, equity release and more.I have a particular specialism in the Building Safety Act 2022 and have travelled the country giving presentations with my colleague Liz Ramsden.
