ABOUT RICK RODGERS
I serve as a Vistage Chair, leading confidential peer advisory boards for CEOs and senior executives committed to growth, accountability, and making better decisions. I facilitate monthly full-day sessions and provide one-on-one executive coaching, helping leaders process complex challenges with clarity and confidence. Before becoming a Chair, I spent nearly two decades in high-stakes service roles as a Firefighter/Paramedic and specialist supporting NASA and the Department of Defense. I then spent twenty years as an entrepreneur, a senior banking executive, on the boards of public and privately held companies, leading multi-million-dollar growth initiatives and corporate turnarounds. I understand pressure because I’ve operated in it.I am also dyslexic. For much of my life, I worked to overcome it. Today, I recognize it as a strategic advantage. Dyslexia strengthened my ability to think non-linearly, recognize patterns across complex systems, and challenge conventional assumptions. It allows me to help executives see what others may miss, simplify complexity, and identify leverage points within their businesses and leadership. In my Vistage groups, leaders gain more than perspective. They gain sharper thinking, trusted accountability, and a room where they don’t have to carry leadership alone.Separately, I am building a broader conversation around the strengths of neurodiverse thinking in leadership and its role as a competitive advantage in modern organizations. If you are a CEO or business owner looking to grow, or a leader interested in unlocking the power of diverse thinking, I’m always open to a conversation.
