At Eco Guardian, I led the digital marketing function with a focus on building structured systems to support long-term growth, lead generation, and brand clarity in the sustainability sector. My role combined strategic design with hands-on execution, applying the full-stack expertise I developed in previous positions.I created multi-stage sales funnels tailored to buyer profiles and lifecycle stages, using HubSpot to build automated workflows and email sequences. I managed paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads—overseeing budgets, testing creatives, and tracking performance to optimise results.On the organic side, I managed content creation and publishing across platforms, aligning messaging with brand values and audience intent. This included copywriting, visual direction, and stakeholder coordination. I also improved SEO and website performance to boost discoverability and engagement.I approached every challenge through the lens of systems thinking—ensuring each campaign, automation, and asset contributed to a scalable and coherent structure. I used digital analytics tools to generate insights and refine campaign strategy.This role strengthened my leadership experience. I coordinated intern workstreams, guided development, and delegated tasks aligned to strengths and project goals. I also collaborated cross-functionally to align marketing with sales objectives.My aim was to build a digital marketing ecosystem for Eco Guardian—one rooted in automation, clarity, and systems thinking that supported both B2B lead generation and B2C sales.
