ABOUT RICHARD MORGAN
I have extensive managerial experience in a broad range of construction disciplines. This experience includes: Solar, coastal defence, rail, building, highways, process engineering, and design & build. I have, through, experience in different sectors, gained a well rounded approach to Project and Construction Management. I have good team management, leadership and communication skills and familiarity with differing forms of contract. This includes traditional contracts, partnering arrangements, design & build, and frameworks. From 1998 I worked within the Rail industry working from Site Engineer, Sub Agent, Agent, Project Manager and Contracts Manager level, including 2 years as a Design Manager. I have acted as CRE and CEM both for the Design and the Construction Phase of the works within the rail environment. I have since 2015 worked as a Project Manager within the renewable energy sector. This has involved all aspects of large scale solar and energy storage schemes, from project inception to construction commissioning.
