I help technical founders scale their companies without losing the speed and creativity that made them successful in the first place.Most of my work begins when a company is growing quickly, more people are being added, but momentum hasn’t increased in the way everyone expected. At that point founders often need someone who can embed alongside the team, evolve the operating model and take execution pressure off the leadership while protecting what makes the company distinctive. My background combines operational leadership, defence and technology scale-ups. I have worked with organisations ranging from deep-tech ventures to SaaS platforms used by emergency services and defence agencies, helping leadership teams align strategy, delivery and team capability as companies move into their next phase of growth.Today I do this through portfolio and advisory work with deep-tech and dual-use companies across areas including fusion, electromagnetic spectrum technologies and software platforms.I’m always interested in conversations with founders, investors and teams working at the intersection of deep technology, defence and commercial scale.
