Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist providing 3rd Line Support, Project Design and Implementation functions. My skills and experience are suited to an organisation looking for a specialist resource to support an IT infrastructure using Windows servers in both physical stand-alone environments and virtual Azure, Citrix XenApp and VMWare setups. More recently, this has extended into cloud operations using Azure & the Office 365 suite, Ansible Tower building VM environments using Terraform scripts and stand-alone applications in Docker. I have a wide variety of other experience with Exchange and other messaging platforms as well as performing project functions, new infrastructure implementations and data migrations. Within teams I am able to quickly integrate and learn the needs of a tailored environment allowing me to deliver bespoke solutions to meet the business\' IT infrastructure needs.
