Recent Project Experience: Ferrara Candy Company – Interim Project Manager (currently four year assignment) • Prepared journal entries and reconciliations for month and quarter end close • Completed preliminary work for year-end audit schedules and auditor sample selections. • Assisted in the implementation of the SAP Fixed Asset Module. This process included the transfer of assets from an Excel based program, review of scripts, the upload of fixed assets for five different companies, audit of data and the documentation of work. • Performed maintenance to the GRIR general ledger account and prepared journal entries to correct prior period postings resulting in significant company savings. • Worked with accounts payable reconciling vendor purchase orders. • Assisted in the integration of the Nestle and Kellogg manufacturing facilities into Ferrara SAP, focusing on the liability side of the balance sheet. This process included the reconciliation and weekly review of the three way matching process to lower the balances at Kellogg plants by the time of cut-over. • Changed and added new materials to the material management module in SAP. Envista Forensics – Assisted in the implementation of the OneStream SF Reporting and Consolidation Platform. This implementation included consolidating the results of foreign entities and verifying correct translation of historical results.
