As the Sr. Operations Director of Enabling Technologies, I play a critical role in leading and supporting the execution of the overall OU strategy in a dynamic and fast paced business environment. I am responsible for effectively coordinating total product end-to-end Operations and am the link between various functional areas from New Product Development to Customer Experience and from the Operating Unit to the Global Operations & Supply Chain organization (GO & SC), enabling the early detection and resolution of interface issues. I work with leaders, stakeholders and relevant teams to deliver value to the customer by ensuring the consistent achievement or exceeding of quality, cost and service goals on both the commercial and new product pipeline fronts.
