I lead Capgemini\'s Health & Devolved Government business across all the UK; covering the full suite of Capgemini\'s capabilities from strategy to major programme implementation, and managed services.My passion is to help our clients to be successful in improving outcomes, tackling inequalities, and tackling non-value added cost. Fundamentally, I believe in services being shaped and delivered around the needs of individuals, building resilient communities and maximising economic opportunities for all, exploiting digital business models, smart analytics and person-centred design. Health, wellbeing, social inclusion and economic success have to be recognised as interlinked. All local public service organisations need to behave as entrepreneurs, working within a wider system, putting the citizen at the centre of their thinking.At Capgemini, we believe that the citizen experience and design-led change is fundamental to making this shift using a highly collaborative and agile approach. Technology should play a critical role in breaking down the barriers of place and time, improving the citizen experience, enabling lower cost service models, overcoming organisational boundaries and enabling more effective preventative support with predictive analytics.
