I am a Senior Recruitment Partner at Astute People, specialising in the recruitment of permanent roles within the Power Construction sector. With a focus on EPC construction projects, I work closely with leading businesses across the UK to source and place talented professionals in key positions such as Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Engineers. I joined Astute People in 2019 as a Business Development Manager and progressed to Recruitment Partner in 2021, before being promoted to Senior Recruitment Partner in 2023. My experience in sales and business development has provided me with a strong foundation in building lasting relationships and understanding the needs of both clients and candidates. Outside of work, I am a family man with two children, who are my constant source of motivation. I enjoy a wide range of sports, though I must admit that I should have retired from playing football many years ago.
