With a strong academic background in Biochemistry and practical industry experience in Quality Control within the marine by-products sector (Fish Meal & Fish Oil), I am confident in my ability to add value to your organization. I hold a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and possess a deep interest in understanding the molecular and biochemical mechanisms that govern biological systems, while applying this knowledge within structured quality and regulatory environments.My academic training provided me with a comprehensive foundation in biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics, enzymology, and analytical chemistry. During my postgraduate studies, I developed hands-on expertise in PCR, spectrophotometry, centrifugation, and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). My internships at Jain University, Bangalore, Amplicon Biolab, and my project work at Symport Bioscience, Calicut strengthened my laboratory competency, data analysis skills, documentation practices, and research-oriented thinking.Currently serving as a Quality Controller in the marine by-products industry, I am actively involved in product quality evaluation, monitoring of critical parameters, compliance verification, and implementation of food safety management systems. I am certified as an FSSC Version 6 Internal Auditor and hold HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 4 certifications. These credentials, combined with my technical expertise, enable me to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct internal audits, maintain documentation accuracy, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.I am particularly interested in opportunities that bridge Biochemistry, Analytical Sciences, and Quality/Food Safety Systems, where scientific understanding meets operational excellence.
