With over 20 years of experience in human resources, I am the Country HR Director for Imerys UK, a global leader in mineral-based solutions. I lead the HR strategy and operations for the UK business, overseeing employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. I have a strong background in HR, employee relations, C&B including pensions, data analysis and trustee roles, which enable me to provide strategic insights and advice to the senior management and the board. I have a Master of Philosophy from Loughborough University, where I also completed my European Business Studies degree.
