We started Casa Toro from the ground up — literally. After acquiring the land in Puerto Escondido, Mexico, we developed the concept, secured financing, and oversaw the entire construction process. I was on-site throughout, managing the project day-to-day, coordinating with contractors, and making sure we stayed on track with time, quality, and budget.From handling liquidity challenges to building a team, I was deeply involved in every phase — from architectural planning to the smallest design details. In early 2025, we officially opened Casa Toro: a boutique hotel with 16 rooms, a rooftop bar, coworking space, and gym, designed for travelers, creatives, and locals alike.Since launch, I’ve been leading daily operations as Hotel Manager, focusing on guest experience, team development, marketing, and business growth. It’s been a hands-on, full-spectrum journey — from raw land to a living, breathing hospitality brand.
