Manage the day-to-day operations of the compensation function and administer related programs and policies. Work closely with the VP of Compensation & Total Rewards to design, implement, rollout, and assess the company’s compensation programs, including base, short-term, and long-term incentive compensation, and a variety of other reward programs. Ongoing review of the Cano Health’s compensation practices to ensure our programs attract, reward, and retain top talent as well as keeping with compliance requirement across the markets. Oversees base salary and incentive programs, job evaluations, and salary survey participation. Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organization’s pay programs as part of Cano Health’s new market entry strategy. Participate in M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities Manage equity-based compensation plans, such as stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performancebased equity awards (PSUs) – E-TRADE. Leads annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance, and development of incentive and salary increase budgets in preparation for periodic processes, namely the Annual Compensation Review cycle, promotional and market adjustment cycles, and equity grant cycles. Ensures all compensation-related activities follow applicable regulations and standards. Perform ad-hoc analysis and manage special projects. Administers the company’s Equity Incentive Program and the Employee Share Purchase Program. Manage all compensation related inquiries by associates in the organization. Coordinate distribution of compensation statements including target, actual, total rewards statements, and others via electronic formats. Partner closely with other HR sub functions such as HR Operations / HRIS, and Regional HR departments nationwide
