Assist and coach suppliers to fortify root cause and corrective actions analysis, strengthened the 8D\'s reviews to avoid re-incidences.Leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams focused on reach targets.Some Achievements:Launch & introduction of new projects, components, machinery and tooling successfully, without delays.Improve & reduce Supply base PPM by 60 % and reduction of Quality claims, improving up 40%.Reduce process and product deviations generated by > 50% and be very thorough in approval process.Assist and contribute in the Phase Out / exit plan implementation with suppliers for GETRAG-MAGNA, Mexico Plant, which has been agreed with FORD Motor Co.
