Prin Eng, Systems EngrgSpares Sub Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)- AN/TPY-2 SBU: Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS)Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE & TC) Surface RadarsSensors LCE Long Range Radars Center Upper Tier Missile Defense (UTMD) DFS • Responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions to on-time delivery of all spares supporting the AN/TPY-2 radars deployed globally. • Providing overall leadership of procurement, production, and delivery of spares supporting our Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and FMS customers. • Managing AN/TPY-2 spares requirements, inventory, and procurement demand in supply chain and manufacturing systems. • Overseeing proposals, contract requirements, and follow-on program pursuits related to spares products for AN/TPY-2 systems. • Tracking spares delivery outlooks and reporting to program and IPT leadership.• Coordinating with supply chain and manufacturing operations to expedite resolutions to issues or delays related to spares. • Collaborating with technical disciplines to resolve outstanding technical evaluations and quality issues for spares products. • Working with the Logistics Sub-IPT to support customer inventory and delivery events. • Identifying and managing risks and opportunities, along with associated mitigation and capture plans. • Ensuring performance aligns with technical, cost, schedule, quality, and EXIM (Export/Import) requirements. • Supporting internal and external program and finance reviews as required.• Supporting Budget or financial management activities

ABOUT RICARDO BONHOMME
My Goal is to deliver leadership and excellence by developing and leading strategies to drive improvements in productivity, process, cost reduction and employee engagement, while pursuing the Company\'s vision and goals. I completed my Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership w/Graduate Certification in HRM in 2018. Prior to this I completed a few Graduate courses in Business Administration at Northeastern University in 2016. I graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in May of 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in management engineering with a Concentration in Manufacturing Engineering. I took on my first role in June of 2013 as an Operations Team Leader at a Manufacturing Company in Chelsea managing 40 to 50 production employees. I was responsible for daily operations on the production floor, including scheduling, staffing, training, and troubleshooting to ensure that all operations were in full compliance with applicable guidelines, including safety and quality. I then decided to take on a role as an International Supply Chain Coordinator/ Analyst at Fresenius Medical Care in Waltham, where I managed the Logistics of shipping to overseas destinations for all international customers, including home patients. In April of 2014 I was given the opportunity to be part of the Operations Talent Development Program (OTDP) for Raytheon IDS. I graduated from the leadership development program in June of 2016. After a year as a Senior Material Program Management Specialist for the Integrated Supply Chain team I made the transition back into Manufacturing Operations and became a Program Operations Manager II/Prin Eng, Project Engrg supporting the Strategic Missile Defense(S3) Product Line. In August 2022 I decided to follow my heart and convert over to the world of education. After a little less than 2 years In May 2024 I decided to go back to Raytheon (RTX). Currently I\'m a Program Operations Manager/Prin Eng, Mfg Engrg-Ops supporting Naval Power Programs. I have a passion for Coaching, Mentoring, Talent/Career Development, and paying it forward. I hope to focus more on helping people accomplish their goals as I move forward in my career.
