ABOUT RHONDA DALTON

Rhonda Dalton is an industry veteran with over 35 years in the mortgage banking business. She has spent the majority of her career leading Operations Teams for National Top 10 Mortgage Bankers, where she was employed as the SVP of Operations for the Western half of the United states. Rhonda began her career as an Underwriter, progressing through the ranks, and into Executive Leadership where she has been awarded with honors due to her commitment to service excellence. With that said, she has a deep experience in providing “Best in Class” customer service for residential mortgage lending. Leading the end to end fulfillment for the mortgage Operations over the years, Rhonda has assisted hundreds of thousands of people become homeowners. In 2016, Rhonda’s Operations team supported $5.5 Billion in production.In 2018, Rhonda decided to pivot her career and move into a Sales Leadership role, where she could connect first hand with Homeowners. Rhonda is passionate about her partnerships with her staff, customers and business partners.Pivoting my career into a Senior level Business Analyst role with First Citizens Bank was easy due to the knowledge of data governance, management concepts and my collaborative manner which is a result of my ability to adapt to changing work demands. I have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to craft appropriate communication for effective internal and external stakeholder management. My leadership and collaborative style will assimilate nicely into any Consumer Banking model. My ability to interact as a liaison with business partners and leverage my end-to-end mortgage banking experience will assist to drive change across the organization due to the evolving procedural changes in response to evolving regulatory risk and guidance.
