Provides leadership across multiple functional departments for human capital management applications (SuccessFactors, Concur, Interfaces, Time and Attendance) to ensure alignment between our systems, policies, and processes. Leads subject matter experts regarding system concepts, best practices and procedures across all data and applications in accordance with IT processes. Works with HR and IT leadership to establish strategy, processes, and policies that focus on improving employee performance throughout the organization. Responsible for facilitating, process compliance, standardization, continuous improvement, promoting best practices and compliance with data privacy/safe harbor rules and regulations. Drives governance activities to ensure that automation aligns with the organization’s strategy and priorities. • Drives and executes strategic vision for human capital management processes and solutions • Develops and promotes a consistent approach to human capital management operations • Responsible for sponsorship of all human capital projects related to system hardware and software. • Works with HR to strategically and tactically improve HR processes that improve human capital management • Manages the availability of IT application services in accordance with service targets established across the ITIL process areas (incident, service requests, changes, and problems) • Ensures all production environment integrity is maintained and service level agreements are met • Utilizes independent judgment and discretion, trouble shoots technical change control problems and recommends solutions to prevent re-occurrence • Ensures the presence of an appropriate controls and adherence to security guidelines are present in all production applications • Communicates all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes • Conducts Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
