Associate Production Manager at New York City CenterAs Associate Production Manager at New York City Center, I support the planning, coordination, and execution of all production logistics for Mainstage performances and events. Working closely with the Director of Production and a dynamic team of technicians, artists, and administrators, I help bring to life a diverse range of programming—from internal productions and rentals to the City Center-produced Studio 5 series.My role includes overseeing IATSE crew during load-ins, tech, performances, and load-outs; managing budgets and vendor relationships; coordinating production meetings; and facilitating communication between artistic and production departments. I also lead aspects of costume and wardrobe management across productions and handle essential administrative functions, such as purchase tracking, archival documentation, and calendar management through our Venue Management Software.In all my work, I aim to uphold City Center’s mission and commitment to being an anti-racist organization, contributing to a supportive, efficient, and artist-centered production environment.
