Director of Enterprise Architecture @Praetorian

View department →

I work across departments with our executive team to supply the \"how we do it\" plans to conceptual \"what we need to do\" ideas. I lead and execute all aspects of process design and architecture, systems design, data architecture, automation, organizational intelligence, and business intelligence. I iterate and perfect all of the above until operations attains the scalability and automation you\'d expect in a much larger enterprise. Its a bit of a departure from my core background but I\'m having a blast doing it, plus making jobs better and easier for a lot of great people, and that\'s all that really matters.

ABOUT ROB HAVELT

I am a specialist in red teaming, security testing, offensive security, and adversarial threat simulations. I\'ve been a systems architect, security engineer, consultant, and director in the financial, government, automotive, and telecommunications industries for SBC, Toyota, IBM, Lockheed-Martin and others. For the past several years I\'ve been laser focused on offensive security and attack methodology. I\'ve worked to share knowledge and bring obscure and overlooked infrastructure weaknesses to light, and have made at least a few theoretical attacks practical. To that end, I speak and publish a lot, and I\'ve presented at conferences like Black Hat, Defcon, SecTor, Thotcon, and Toorcon. I\'ve also been a trainer for the Defcon workshops.Specialties: Penetration Testing, Wireless Networking, Security Testing Methodology, Physical Security, Networks in general.
