I work on international tax planning and transactional matters and have been advising U.S. and non-U.S. multinationals on various U.S. tax reform related matters. My practice includes M&A and post-acquisition integration for large, multi-jurisdictional, transactions where I advise on U.S. tax issues and manage a global network of tax advisors in providing seamless advice. I serve as the Chair of Baker McKenzie’s New York tax practice.In addition to my daily practice, I am also an active participant at both in-house and external seminars and conferences and have served as an adjunct professor of International Taxation at Georgetown and Fordham law schools.I am a member of the New York State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and State Bar of Georgia.
