As the US Creative Director for one of the largest law firms in the world, my primary role is to ensure all design projects are aligned to the firm\'s brand and strategic goals. Daily responsibilities include leading a high-performing design team on managing and executing a large range of branding initiatives that include print collateral, e-mail campaigns, events, advertisement, web, multimedia, and environmental projects. • Serving as the firm\'s brand champion and steward. • Building integral relationships with lawyers and internal clients to ensure the brand is adopted holistically. • Coordinating new branding efforts with international teams by developing guidelines, templates, and procedures. • Managing the department\'s budget, evaluating resources, and recommending cost-saving initiatives. • Managing external agencies, freelance designers, and vendors.
