ABOUT REYNA MARTINEZ
As an RN Trainer for Acelis Connected Health at Abbott, I provide clinical education and training to patients and healthcare professionals on the use of remote monitoring devices and software. I also facilitate the implementation and adoption of best practices and standards for patient safety and quality of care. With over five years of experience in healthcare, I have worked in various settings, including neonatal intensive care, travel nursing, and academic medical centers. I have acquired multiple certifications, such as BLS, ACLS,PALS, and NRP and developed skills in direct patient care, patient advocacy, and patient safety. In addition to my current role at Abbott, I also serve as a Clinical Education Facilitator at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where I support the development and delivery of curriculum and instruction for nursing students and staff. I am passionate about advancing the field of nursing and improving the health outcomes of diverse populations. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Registered Nursing and am looking forward to advancing my education.
