Oversee the planning and execution of Employee Navigator\'s payroll business strategy and ownership of our Integrated Payroll product- Lead our partner relationships with ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, Paycor, Rippling, and UKG- Manage our payroll operations team of 15 (Relationship Manager, Ops Manager, Team Leads, and Analysts)- Manage our Partner Implementation teams across all Payroll, Carrier, Agency Management, Quoting, and TPA vendors that build to our data exchange.
