With 10 years of experience in IT, including 8 years as a Business Analyst, I bring a strong background in Agile methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and business process analysis. My expertise includes gathering and defining functional, non-functional, and UX requirements by working closely with business stakeholders. I excel in documentation, developing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process flows to ensure clear communication of requirements.In my role, I maintain and refine the product backlog in ADO, collaborating with product managers to prioritize requirements effectively. I act as a liaison between product managers and technical teams, ensuring seamless alignment throughout the SDLC. I also leverage my technical competence to collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing solutions that address business needs, utilizing wireframing tools like Figma to enhance user experience.My expertise extends to testing and quality assurance, where I work with QA teams to review test plans, oversee UAT, and ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
