Working within the Learning and Organizational Development function, provide internal consultation in the areas of analysis, design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive suite of leadership and management development solutions aligned to the human resources and business strategy. • Run the leadership & learning COE to build and deliver programs and coaching engagements that support leaders at all levels• Collaborate with global HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and other L & OD team members to conduct needs assessments and identify core capabilities and behaviors that will inform HiPo, Executive, Mid-Manager, and Frontline leader curricula – design and deliver programs to support these needs.• Offer strategies for how leaders can cultivate better relationships by; building more trust, safety, empathy and compassion, giving and receiving feedback that sticks, coaching and developing others, being more mindful and intentional, and engaging in more meaningful performance, development and career conversations with direct reports.• Co-create on-the-job learning opportunities in the core lines of business to strengthen development experiences

He obtained his ICF coach certification through the Gestalt International Study Center (GISC) and an advanced coaching and meta-coaching certification in Emotional Intelligence with Daniel Goleman.
