As Director of Leadership Effectiveness, I am accountable for driving the effective strategy for employee development by building and executing training programs for people leaders within the Cox Auto Sales and Marketing organization. In this position, my team partners closely with People Solutions/Global Learning and other learning teams across Cox Enterprises, to bring sales leader coaching and training programs to life. Responsibilities include: Ensuring sales leaders know how to assess leading and lagging indicators for their teams (forecast, pipeline, attainment, win rate, yield, etc.) and effectively build and execute coaching plans that meet the team member where they\'re at. Developing a sales leader\'s ability to effectively provide in-the-field assessment and coaching driving just in time behavior reinforcement. Influencing the sales leadership culture from one of \"Super-Selling\" to mentorship and development. This role supports all CAI Sales Teams: Autotrader, VinSolutions, Dealer.com, vAuto, HomeNet, KBB, Xtime, Dealertrack DMS, RTS, F&I, Accelerated Title, RSS, Manheim Dealer, Manheim Commercial, NextGear Capital, EDP, Lender, ESG, RSA, EMS, OEM+, NCSS
