I work with cross-functional teams to make sure the user is always top-of-mind. I bridge the gaps between sales, education, and development, helping each team understand what is going to make their work useful.Stories are great, but in this data-driven age, the ability to analyze data helps identify areas for improvement or success. As a content professional, I\'ve grown into the changes in content strategy. I worked on my Masters in Digital Content Strategy to hone my analytics and writing skills.
