As a full-time lead instructor within the Business & Technology Department at State Fair Community College, I teach a diverse range of courses, including Salesmanship, Principles of Marketing, Digital Marketing Essentials, Customer Service Management, Introduction to Business, and Employment Strategies. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I actively contribute to the college’s growth through my participation in key committees such as the IT Services Advisory Committee, Curriculum Committee, Career & Tech Marketing Planning Committee, and Assessment Review Subcommittee. I have participated on hiring committees and am an engaged member of the Missouri Community College Association (MCCA) and the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD), where I continuously seek to enhance my teaching and professional development. Because I have led real projects, managed clients, and built a business, I bring a level of authenticity to the classroom that students respond to. I use real-world examples, client case work, and hands-on activities because I am not just teaching theory, I am preparing them to deliver value in the real world.
