Responsible for selling Operation & Maintenance and Asset Management services to onshore wind farm owners in the UK, and managing the service contracts throughout their term- Establishing customer contacts, identifying new business opportunities and generating leads- Leading cross departmental project teams to analyse and convert opportunities into value adding contracts- Leading high value contract negotiations with customers- Customer account manager during the term of the contract, acting as the single face to the customer and managing the relationship- Responsible for the interface between E.ON\'s Operations and Asset Management departments delivering the service, and the customer- Coordinating and supporting technical due diligence- Refining service and product offerings based on customer feedback- Responsible for contract performance and profitability
