Technical Management :\\\\n- Manage and organize/develop the team specialized on AOCS, Propulsion, Data Handling System, Power.\\\\n- Specify/Develop all tests relative to the BUS for all project\\\\n- Ensure coordination on priorities for new Florida production lines commissioning (Arrow-150 and Arrow-450)\\\\n- Provide support post-delivery to Florida production team for those new production lines\\\\n- Manage anomalies issued on Avionics, Propulsion, Power and Data handling System\\\\n- Support activities relative to Launch Campaign provided by D2M when SL is powered ON during launch campaign preparation\\\\n- Ensure correct implementation of D2M defined process by the US team\\\\n\\\\nTeam/process Management :\\\\n- Ensure transfert of knowledge to a US team on AOCS, Propulsion, Data Handling System, Power.\\\\n- Maintain permanently an up-to-date training kit\\\\n- Ensure coaching of any new comer through regular training focusing on both technical and process topics\\\\n- Contribute to process improvement (efficiency increase, development lead-time reduction for new Third Party Sales)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
