I work as a Product Manager at Bradesco Saúde, responsible for the digital products within the Value Stream for Network Management. My main responsibilities include:• Actively participate in Discovery processes, understanding problems and validating hypotheses to define new features;• Analyze business data and product metrics to suggest insights and solution hypotheses;• Define the strategic planning for the value stream’s digital products and set priorities for the squads;• Define the tactical OKRs for the referenced value stream, unfolding the strategy together with business managers and sharing it with the value stream teams and other areas of the company;• Interface with senior management to negotiate high-level changes in backlog priorities, communicating decisions across different squads;• Monitor progress against the backlog, ensuring that priorities align with strategy and objectives;• Oversee the technical work of POs across squads, especially in backlog structuring, story writing, DOD and DOR definitions, and participation in plannings and reviews;• Define and monitor metrics and KPIs, providing visibility to senior leadership;• Use tools and frameworks such as JIRA, SAFe, and Scrum.
