Playing the Lead Oracle DBA (SME) role working on multiple international enterprise accounts:\\\\n\\\\n- Leading the Oracle DBA team implementing the DBaaS in the IBM CMS service catalog for the world\'s largest insurance services company in Munich, Germany:\\\\n-> Developing techspec and reference architecture for DBaaS;\\\\n-> Coordinating DBA team during development of automation scripts for DBaaS, self-service catalog;\\\\n-> Integration of multiple tools and software pieces such as IBM QRadar, IEM, UC4 and Oracle Cloud Control;\\\\n\\\\n- American Express Credit Card and Rewards Travel and Business Services:\\\\nLead Oracle DBA responsible for the Oracle DB migration among production DR DCs. During this project, I had the opportunity to work closely to the customer in Phoenix/AZ creating, testing, documenting and implementing different migration methods including near zero downtime, Oracle GoldenGate and Data Guard, SRDF replication and regular Rman B/R:\\\\n-> Preparing, testing and documenting Operational Readiness which ensured Reference Architecture (RA) to be implemented and working as per design;\\\\n-> Writing scripts for installation, upgrades and patches that have been used by the entire team ensuring we have RA running uniformly;\\\\n-> Reviewing customer’s technical requirement and providing labor sizing for project implementation;\\\\n-> Designing, writing, implementing and testing DR solution including the BRB (big red button) script ensuring that Oracle services are started on the DR site by running a single shell script with no human intervention.\\\\n\\\\n- Circuit City (Retail Electronic Company in USA):\\\\nLead Oracle DBA during the outsourcing transition to IBM in the customer site discovering, documenting and cataloging the database inventory and also creating, implementing and managing the DBA \"virtual team\" ensuring a non-impacting operation after cut over.\\\\n\\\\n- GMAC - GM Financial Services:\\\\nPerformed the Knowledge Transfer project helping IBM Brazil to absorb part of the US team’s activities.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
