Responsible for leading the Steering Committee that oversees the progress of TPM pillars and teams in the most advanced WCM factory in the world, ensuring alignment with the company\'s strategy and JIPM requirements- Responsible for leading the main leadership development program across Brazilian factories – LEAP Training (Leadership, Engagement, Alignment, and Performance)- Led strategic factory sessions, aligned with business priorities and customer demands- Leadership of Lean initiatives, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, focused on eliminating and minimizing losses in the plant and supply chain using the PQCDSME approach- Coordinated the factory\'s self-assessments in partnership with the Plant Director, as well as internal audits of pillars and teams- Conducted training sessions on WCM tools and methodologies, disseminating the culture of operational excellence within the factory and across the Americas region- Collaborated with other factories for manufacturing best practices benchmarking, ensuring the effective implementation of WCM standards both internally and externally to Tetra Pak- Managed the factory\'s rewards and recognition system, promoting motivation and team engagement- Implemented 5S, Kaizens, and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) in the factory, fostering continuous improvement and operational sustainability- Responsible for the factory’s certification for JIPM TPM awards, ensuring excellence and compliance with global standards.
