ABOUT REENNAH MERCURY
I am a current third year student at TMU and I am in the Ted Rogers School of Business - Business Management program. I recently declared my major as Marketing Management and I am working towards a HR minor. I avidly look forward to the opportunities and knowledge I will attain. I have work experience at Pedalheads bike camps as a bike instructor working with kids aged 4-12, retail experience at TJX’s Homesense; as a sales associate, marketing experience as a marketing assistant for TMU’s athletics and recreation department, recruiting experience as a recruitment coordinator at Intragrad staffing services, and I am a entrepreneur; running a small business making customized electronic accessories.I am a graduate of RH King’s Future Leaders program with honours and an award of distinction. I have quite a bit of volunteer experience with TDSB and I am looking to volunteer with other organizations in my community.Some skills I have acquired include: leadership, communication, the ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments, adaptability, etc. I am actively working to enhance each of these skills and build new ones.I am looking forward to gaining opportunities and connecting with others in fields similar to mine. I am open to any experiences that can help me become successful in my field.I believe self-investment is the best type of investment.
