I’m a Senior Account Manager in SaaS with a focus on building strong customer relationships and driving long-term growth across enterprise accounts.My background spans account management, business development and market research, which has shaped how I work today. I’m commercially driven, but I’ve always believed that the best results come from understanding people properly and working in partnership with them.In my current role at D2L, I work closely with customer leadership teams to align our solutions with their wider strategic goals. A big part of what I do is helping organisations get more value from their investment, whether that’s through expanding into new areas, improving adoption, or finding smarter ways of working. I’ve had consistent success in retaining and growing accounts through a mix of cross-sell, up-sell and long-term planning.I enjoy the variety that comes with the role. One day might be focused on commercial strategy, the next on problem solving with a customer or helping navigate internal priorities. That balance is what keeps it interesting.Outside of work, I like to stay active and set myself challenges. I’m currently training towards a sub-40 10K and my second marathon, with a longer-term goal of completing a triathlon.
