As the coordinator for social media and public information for the RLISD #38, I am responsible for the successful communication of district information and school highlights to the public using social media. In addition, I act as the central point of contact for developing and implementing informational strategies for the district as a whole and each school individually through the effective use of social media (including but not limited to; marketing and advertising campaigns for RLISD, blogging, social networking sites, discussion boards and search engines). Requires specialized public relations duties in coordination with the timely development, release and administration of information regarding a wide range of public communications used to foster and improve education, media and community relations throughout the Red Lake Independent School District #38.
