Leads team of Agile and SAFe Coaches in supporting GDIT Defense Division programs in their implementation of Agile best practices to enable better outcomes. • Trained members across GDIT Divisions in SAFe and Scrum frameworks, business and technical agility, leadership and facilitation skills, and high-performing team and collaboration practices. • Leads product management and launch efforts for one of six FY22 Strategic Technology Offerings - the ORION Software Factory (SWF) initiative. • Coaches Defense teams, technical challenges, customer opportunities, proposal efforts, and solution shaping and development. • Provides Agile coaching support to the five remaining FY22 Strategic Technology Offering teams. • Coaches program and capture teams in planning Agile implementation strategies, defining roles and responsibilities, and creating transparency and visibility within teams and programs in value delivery.
