ABOUT REBECCA GRONE
Rebecca Grone is the Head of Impact at 11:11 Media, the next-gen media company founded by Paris Hilton and Bruce Gersh. She leads 11:11 Media Impact, the company’s philanthropic and advocacy arm, leveraging entertainment, strategic advocacy, and policy change to accelerate social good.Over the past five years, Grone has spearheaded Paris Hilton’s advocacy to reform the Troubled Teen Industry, driving the passage of the bipartisan federal Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act, advancing 15 state laws protecting more than 13 million children, and catalyzing the federal investigation Warehouses of Neglect. She developed and hosted Trapped in Treatment, the acclaimed investigative podcast produced with iHeartMedia and Warner Bros. Unscripted Television.Grone also leads a growing portfolio of ADHD awareness and disaster relief initiatives. Her work has helped elevate ADHD as a mainstream women’s health issue, reaching more than 120 million people globally, driving a measurable spike in diagnostic conversations among adult women, and shaping new narratives around late diagnosis, stigma reduction, and access to care, contributing to a cultural shift in how neurodivergent women are represented in media. Grone has also mobilized more than $2M to support displaced families and female small business owners affected by the Los Angeles wildfires and continues to expand their small business initiatives. A graduate of the University of Southern California and alum of Rise Justice Labs’ legislative accelerator, Grone previously served as the Impact Producer for the PBS documentary Duty Free and as Program Coordinator for the USC Medical Clowning Program—the first U.S-based training and research program dedicated to the therapeutic art of medical clowning.
