Over 24 years of experience directing $100M+ programs worldwide for USAID, World Bank, and DFID. As Director of RTI International\'s Center of Governance, provides management, leadership, and growth strategies, drives technical excellence, and leads business development, particularly with USAID-funded programs. The Center of Governance promotes strong, stable societies by empowering people and strengthening institutions. The Center works to increase transparency and accountability, mitigate corruption, and help government actors to better deliver on citizens\' needs. From 20••••23, directed Social Impact\'s country offices and long-term monitoring, evaluation, and learning, organizational development, and institutional support contracts and major subcontracts with USAID in Africa, Asia, LAC, and MENA. Former director of DAI’s governance portfolio in sub-Saharan Africa, providing technical assistance, oversight, problem solving, and risk mitigation. Expert in the project cycle, M&E, and reporting. Skilled in financial and contractual management-Managed field-based projects as Team Leader (TL)/Chief of Party (COP) in Mozambique, Kenya, and Albania-Successfully led new business to secure contracts for Social Impact, DAI, and the Urban Institute (UI). Consulted for several USAID implementing partners in proposal development-Led USAID’s Urban Policy implementation assessment-Supervised programs covering governance, service delivery, PFM, infrastructure, housing, and WASH activities. Directed DAI integrated governance programs improving economic growth, health, and education. Field experience in post-conflict and fragile states projects in Somalia, Zimbabwe, and Pakistan-Founded woman-owned small business for international development consulting in 2018.
