Over 24 years of experience directing $100M+ programs worldwide for USAID, World Bank, and DFID. As Director of RTI International\'s Center of Governance, provides management, leadership, and growth strategies, drives technical excellence, and leads business development, particularly with USAID-funded programs. The Center of Governance promotes strong, stable societies by empowering people and strengthening institutions. The Center works to increase transparency and accountability, mitigate corruption, and help government actors to better deliver on citizens\' needs.
