I develop and cultivate partnerships with individuals who desire to restore an America where all people can flourish because collaborative, entrepreneurial leaders have secured lasting social change, personal freedom, and economic opportunity at the state and local levels. •Develop and execute a comprehensive moves management strategy for a portfolio. •Establish strong relationships with donors, providing personalized stewardship and cultivating their engagement with the organization. •Regularly assess donor capacity and inclination. •Craft compelling funding proposals that effectively communicate the organization\'s mission, impact, and funding requirements to prospective major gift donors. •Structure complex gifts, including planned gifts, in collaboration with legal and financial professionals as necessary. •Ensure accuracy, adherence to donor intent, and compliance with legal and ethical standards in gift agreements. •Prepare comprehensive briefings, stewardship plans, and personalized letters for prospects, leveraging input and collaboration from relevant SPN staff members. •Ensure timely and accurate correspondence with donors, acknowledging their support and providing updates on the impact of their gifts. •Motivate and support organizational leadership and volunteers in soliciting major gifts when appropriate. •Provide guidance, training, and resources to equip leaders and volunteers with the necessary tools to engage donors effectively. •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective strategies for volunteer engagement and donor cultivation.
