ABOUT REBECCA BURY

I help leaders and teams communicate clearly through change - particularly when the work is complex, the context is uncertain, and people are expected to engage, decide, or act.I’m also the creator of The Speaking Gym, a project born out of a pattern we kept seeing at Stillwater: capable people who knew their stuff, but whose voice didn\'t always reflect it when the pressure was on. The Gym was created to give people a place to practise speaking in conditions that feel close to real - without it being the actual meeting, review or moment that counts.At Stillwater, I work with global organisations across pharma, politics, retail and not-for-profit to develop communication strategies that align leaders, engage employees, and make strategy easier to understand and implement. My work sits at the intersection of communication, behaviour and change - I focus on how people actually experience change at work, not how we wish it worked on paper.I hold a First-Class MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology, with research focused on change readiness, remote working and wellbeing. I\'m actively involved in conversations about how we work better - Stillwater took part in Ireland\'s four-day week pilot and we\'ve stuck with it. I\'m also involved with Grow Remote, a non-profit promoting sustainable remote work across Ireland.
