Planning and scheduling flow and sequence of fabrication and assembly, line supervision and preparing production reports and lists of required materials, tools and equipment• Developing and growing the production department, Installing and testing new equipment• Providing ongoing technical support and training to the machine shop personnel• Drafting the required manufacturing documentation (job cards, tooling lists, setup sheets and SOP) to ensure robust and stable manufacturing processes • Improving the production process of the serial parts using LEAN Six Sigma manufacturing continuous improvement methods for increasing efficiency, reducing waste, lowering costs and overall improving control • Analysing technical changes and product modifications together with the Quality Assurance department team in order to eliminate waste and avoid production of inconsistent parts• Performing the tests and evaluation of the non-serial designs and prototypes in the new product development laboratory• General production prioritising and planning based on sales forecasts with continuous Quality Management while maximising efficiency and minimising costs through Value Analysis• Online and Offline/ CADCAM CNC programming and maintenance of the CNC tools inventory • Maintaining inspection records as required by the quality management system.
