Managing a team named : DT Engineering Services / Application Development having 30+ members. Personas in the team- Solution Architects - Technical Leads / Software Leads - Developers / Software Engineers My team\'s Vision, Mission, Strategies and Values: Vision: Be an effective DT team at Offense and Defense in order to build partnerships and drive improvements with all organisations within PW in the context of Engineering Application Development Mission: 1 - Build Common, Modern, Customer Centric and sustainable digital products for PW 2 - Ensure a solid defense for the Eng App portfolio: minimize downtime, bugs, performance issues, tackle tech debt 3 - Ensure a solid offense for the Eng App portfolio: Deliver sustainable improvements, adopt a DevOps practice to improve \"idea to prod\" lead time Strategies- Every member of the team has a part to play and have equally important roles - Build a network of partners in DT and in the Business to foster collaboration (we need allies)- Deliver results and outcomes based on measurable metrics (functional and NF)- Have high standards, efficient processes and tools to deliver our projects - Architect sustainably for evolving solutions Values- Trust(I have your back)- Be a good boyscout (leave the place as clean or cleaner than you found it)- Respect (basis of human relations)- Take initiative (don\'t wait for someone to ask)- Ownership / Accoutability / Recognition - Make your work visible - Be a critic, but not a cynic - Slow is fast (think before acting)- Experiment (no fear to fail)- Bias for action / Consensus over Consent - Challenge the status quo - Disagree and commit(leave the ego aside)- Be able to say no (saying yes is easy)- Be Curious / Don\'t be afraid to ask questions
